The discussion is open to Heeley CLP members and other Labour Party members across Sheffield.
The speakers to open the discussion are Jamie Gough, retired economics lecturer Sheffield University and Cllr Chris Peace.
The November budget will take place against the backdrop of the growing failure of Tory austerity and the devastating impact on the living standards of the many.
The Heeley CLP forum will give Labour Party members a chance to critique the budget and study Labour's alternative offered by Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell in his speech to parliament.
The discussion will also provide members with an opportunity to sharpen their ideas and messages for the Labour Party's national campaign day on the budget on the 25th November.
